Medication Refills: When requesting a prescription for a medication we have not previously prescribed for you, an appointment with your provider will be necessary to ensure your safety. If needing to refill a prescription, please call the pharmacy and they will send the request. Please allow 72 hours for refill requests. Please bring your medicines to your appointments.

Referrals & Prior Authorizations: Most patients need to be seen by a provider prior to receiving a referral. Referrals and Prior Authorizations need to be approved by the insurance company, and this can take at least 7-10 days to complete. Emergent referrals and pre-authorization will of course be expedited.
